Mag. (FH) Anja Herberth
Management consultant for communication and marketing
Hard-working girl. Tech-savvy. Curious. Analytical and strategic thinker. Experienced in crisis management, doesn’t buckle under pressure in difficult situations. That’s how people who know me well would describe me.
I have been working in consulting for 25 years and have worked for many brands: Rexel Austria, Canon, Bauernbund/Jungbauernkalender, Sonnentor, Toshiba, Radlberger, Fonds der Wiener Kaufmannschaft, Microsoft Xbox – to name a few. My involvement with NEOS Wien, whose state parliament development I accompanied as press spokesperson, has shaped my positioning and campaign management skills.
Change has been with me for many years, including in my personal development: in communication in particular, digitalisation disrupted business models many years ago. I know what it feels like to look for new career prospects.
One sentence from a coach changed my life: ‘What are your strengths, and how do you want to use them in the future?’ If we stop focusing solely on our weaknesses and instead focus on our strengths and the opportunities they open up for us, the world is our oyster.
Why I like to call myself a catalyst: A ‘cat’ enables change without burning itself up in the process.
